Are you an experienced Litigation Paralega l in Southern California looking for a firm that truly values your expertise and dynamic trial support? We are currently working with a top-tier law firm client seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your skills to a highly respected firm with significant resources, a collaborative culture, and a steady, sophisticated caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage litigation files from inception through trial preparation and final disposition. Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and comprehensive discovery requests and responses. Oversee document production, maintain privilege logs, and manage electronic discovery workflows. Coordinate trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial notebooks, and managing witness schedules. Handle electronic filings (e-filing) across local, state, and federal courts.
Qualifications:
2 to 10 years of dedicated litigation paralegal experience is required. Strong background in Plaintiff Personal Injury, Insurance Defense, or wildfire litigation. Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Why Consider This Move?
