Law Offices of Ariadne Berrios is a growing immigration law firm with offices in Las Vegas, Nevada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Our practice is dedicated exclusively to U.S. immigration law, representing individuals and families in removal defense, family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, employment-based immigration, naturalization, and federal immigration litigation. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, bilingual professional to serve as our Office Manager / Senior Immigration Paralegal . This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Las Vegas office while coordinating and supporting our legal team. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems independently, and is committed to providing exceptional client service while helping maintain a high-performing legal team. ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Office Operations Oversee the daily operations of the Las Vegas office. Lead and coordinate the workflow of administrative staff and remote paralegals. Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met. Help train, mentor, and support team members. Maintain quality control by reviewing work for completeness and accuracy before attorney review. Identify workflow improvements and implement efficient office procedures. Coordinate with the Managing Attorney regarding priorities, staffing, and case management. Ensure clients receive outstanding customer service throughout their representation. Immigration Paralegal Responsibilities Prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, applications, and supporting documentation. Assist with complex immigration matters as needed. Review case filings and supporting evidence before attorney review. Coordinate with attorneys and remote legal staff to ensure cases move efficiently. Maintain organized and accurate client files. Assist with consultations and client communication when appropriate. Office Administration Oversee office scheduling, calendars, and workflow. Coordinate incoming mail, government correspondence, scanning, and file management. Manage office vendors, supplies, equipment, and facilities. Manage payment deposits as needed. Ensure office policies and procedures are followed. Prepare Retainers for client hires Meet with potential clients to sign retainers and answer questions after attorney consultation as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience required. Prior immigration paralegal experience required. Office management, supervisory, or team leadership experience strongly preferred. Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and take ownership of projects. Strong commitment to providing outstanding client service. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and legal case management software. Experience with Docketwise and Microsoft Teams is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, administrative staff, and remote team members while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
