Job Description
We're seeking a part-time paralegal experienced in landlord/tenant matters to join our practice. Responsibilities include preparing FTPR (Failure to Pay Rent) filings, tenant holdover and wrongful detainer actions, and submitting filings through Odyssey File & Serve. Additional duties include drafting motions, preparing affidavit judgments with all supporting schedules and attachments, following up on case status and filings, handling new client inquiries, maintaining the court calendar, and billing through QuickBooks.
