Job Description

Paralegal for personal injury firm This role encompasses complete file ownership. With an assigned lawyer, you will manage cases from pre-suit through trial and final resolution. At our firm, you are a vital strategic partner in winning cases. Core Responsibilities Manage files completely from pre-suit through trial resolution. Monitor all discovery, litigation and court deadlines. Produce high-caliber pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery requests and responses (ROGs, RPDs, RFAs). Ascertain and collect certified copies of all relevant medical records and bills. Comprehensively summarize medical treatment and billing. Build trial notebooks, case chronologies, and courtroom demonstratives. Support clients through challenging moments with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. Track and negotiate subrogation and repayment issues after case resolution. Requirements 2+ years of dedicated personal injury litigation experience. Hands-on experience supporting active trials. Working knowledge of Georgia civil procedure, e-filing systems, and local court practices. Proven ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously without sacrificing detail.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$70,000+ (commensurate with verified experience).
