A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

- Preparing and maintaining client documentation
- Setting up appointments and calendar management
- Client follow-up communications
- Replying to emails on behalf of the Company, as authorized
- Collecting, organizing, and maintaining client data
- Assisting the Tax MitigationDirector
- Assisting the Head of Bookkeeping
- Assisting the President of the Company Qualifications To successfully perform the duties of this role, should possess the following qualifications: Education & Experience related field preferred (or equivalent work experience ) Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, client services, bookkeeping support, or a related role Experience working in a professional services environment (tax, accounting, legal, or consulting) is highly preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace Experience with CRM systems and client management software Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus Ability to manage digital files, documentation systems, and secure client data Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional email etiquette and ability to communicate on behalf of company leadership Ability to interact with clients in a courteous, professional, and timely manner Organizational & Administrative Skills Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently Strong calendar management and scheduling capabilities Ability to maintain accurate and well-organized client records Professional Attributes High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset Reliable, dependable, and responsive Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting executives or senior leadership Basic understanding of tax mitigation strategies, bookkeeping processes, or financial documentation Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
