Intakes, organizes, and maintains files in matter management system Runs reports and prepares data visualizations for team metrics and KPIs Manages discovery, including the collection, organization, and preparation of data for production Issues and manages litigation holds Prepares drafts of basic documents, including correspondence, responses to discovery and subpoenas, affidavits and declarations, settlement agreements, and other documents Manage and maintain case files, records, and documentation within the matter management system Investigates facts and collects relevant documents relating to disputes Maintains and submits litigation and compliance reports. Manages service of process Works with Finance to process payments for legal settlements and other needs Manages administrative needs of the Disputes team, including invoicing, filing, calendaring, and scheduling meetings Assists with other projects as needed Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suiteYour Qualifications :
Associates Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience 4-6 y ears of experience Analytical- Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Uses intuition and experience to complement data Project Management
