The successful candidate will work directly with executive management, outside counsel, lenders, loan servicers, accountants, and property management personnel. Duties Loan Administration Maintain complete loan files Organize modifications rack loan maturitiesTrack reserve releases Maintain lender correspondencePrepare lender notice packages Organize servicing requests SPE Compliance Maintain annual compliance checklist for every borrowing entity. Monitor Good standing Annual filings Franchise tax Governing documents Independent managers Ownership structure Lender consent requirements Entity Administration Maintain LLC records Corporate books Organizational charts Beneficial ownership Operating agreements Member changes Litigation Support Coordinate with outside counsel by: Collecting documents Organizing productions Maintaining privilege logs Creating chronologies Preparing hearing notebooks Maintaining discovery databases CMBS Loan Support Maintain Servicing correspondence Consent requests Assumptions Modifications Cash management records Reserve accounting Document Management Create and maintain a complete electronic "Loan Bible" for every institutional loan. Qualifications Minimum 8+ years commercial real estate Strong title experience LLC documentation Financing documentation Litigation support Preferred CMBS experience Servicer experience Institutional lending Large law firm background Desired Skills Exceptional organization Detail oriented Adobe Excel Closing binders Entity management software Document management systems
