The Senior Paralegal will provide essential legal and administrative support to the team by ensuring the timely and accurate handling of lawsuits, subpoenas, small claims, product claims, and related legal matters. With general direction, you will coordinate case-related activities, manage multiple deadlines, maintain detailed records, and support the efficient resolution of disputes in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Hybrid Your Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain case files, records, and documentation within the matter management system Coordinate and support discovery efforts, including data collection, organization, and production Issue, track, and manage litigation holds to ensure compliance with legal requirements Draft and prepare routine legal documents, correspondence, discovery responses, subpoenas, affidavits, declarations, and settlement agreements Conduct fact-finding and gather relevant documentation to support dispute resolution and litigation matters Prepare, maintain, and submit litigation, compliance, and other legal reports Oversee service of process activities and case-related administrative requirements Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor team performance, metrics, and KPIs Collaborate with Finance and other business partners to process legal settlements, manage invoices, and support special projects as needed
Your Qualifications:
Associates Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience 4-6 years of experience Analytical
