Responsibilities include:
Ordering titles and reviewing documentation Obtaining Tax Information Preparing title commitments Assisting with preliminary closing disclosures Coordinating with clients, lenders, and agents to ensure a smooth pre-closing process Hours are 830 am to 5pm.
