Job Description

Job Summary A well-established legal services firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of litigation, with additional exposure to civil and immigration-related matters. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys case preparation, client communication, deadline management, and meaningful work that directly supports individuals and families.   • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
  • Manage case files from intake through resolution, ensuring documents, deadlines, and case details are organized and current.
  • Conduct legal research, fact investigation, and document review to support attorney case strategy.
  • Coordinate discovery, track deadlines, maintain calendars, and ensure compliance with court requirements.
  • Communicate with clients regarding case updates, document collection, and procedural needs.
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, hearing materials, and related litigation support materials. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $60,000 to $90,000 per year.
  • Job type: Direct hire.
  • Schedule:
    Standard business hours. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, filings, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Manage litigation case files, calendars, deadlines, and client communications.
  • Draft and organize legal documents, pleadings, motions, correspondence, and case materials.
  • Assist with civil and immigration-related filings as needed.
  • Minimum of 5 years of legal experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal.
  • Strong litigation support experience is required.
  • Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and court deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Professional, client-focused approach with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting civil law matters.
  • Experience assisting with immigration-related filings.
  • Prior experience preparing trial binders, exhibits, hearing materials, and discovery responses.
