We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This vital role involves supporting attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions, legal research, and case management to ensure smooth operations and successful client outcomes. Responsibilities Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing real estate documents such as purchase agreements, title reports, deeds, and closing statements. Conduct comprehensive legal research across multiple practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, tribal law & regulations, and procedural law. Manage case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support attorneys with project management tasks related to real estate transactions and litigation cases. Review contracts, leases, and other legal documents for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and government agencies to facilitate smooth transaction processes. Prepare legal correspondence, summaries, and reports utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Word processing tools. Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses as needed for case development. Maintain knowledge of legal support software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other research tools. Handle administrative duties including filing, document review, proofreading, transcription, and client communication. Experience Paralegal experience in real estate law or related legal fields such as civil litigation support or general & commercial litigation. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with legal research platforms including Westlaw and LexisNexis. Experience supporting complex transactions involving contracts, securities law, or probate matters is preferred. Knowledge of procedural law principles relevant to civil litigation and real estate transactions. Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear legal documents and correspondence. Proficiency in document management systems such as iManage or PCLaw; experience with Microsoft Office Suite essential. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally while maintaining high standards of accuracy. Prior experience working within a law office environment supporting attorneys across diverse practice areas is highly desirable.
