Job Description

Litigation Paralegal/Legal Practice Assistant, Myrtle Beach, SC Mullen Wylie, a law firm with offices in Myrtle Beach, SC and Hilton Head, SC, is looking for a paralegal or legal practice assistant to join the Myrtle Beach office to support the construction litigation team. Competitive pay and flexible work environment are available. 3-5 years' experience in complex commercial, construction, business, or other litigation is sought but is not required. Candidate should exhibit excellent time management needed to prioritize tasks to manage multiple files and emails, meet deadlines, and communicate with clients and parties. Experience with drafting pleadings, discovery requests/responses, scheduling, service, and managing large document productions is preferred. Ideally, the candidate is a team player who can adapt quickly, is proactive in addressing issues, and is motivated to learn and develop a career. Knowledge of South Carolina State and Federal Court systems and filing capability is required.
