Summerville, SC Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Coordinator / Legal Specialist to support the company's legal and compliance functions. This role will be responsible for contract administration, legal documentation, corporate governance support, compliance coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Human Resources. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and capable of managing confidential information in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Responsibilities Organize, maintain, and track contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure accurate filing and accessibility. Maintain contract databases, legal records, and document management systems. Support the contract review and approval process by coordinating document routing, tracking revisions, and monitoring execution status. Assist with corporate governance activities, including maintaining corporate records, entity documentation, and regulatory filings. Support compliance initiatives, including FEOC, labor law compliance, and other legal or regulatory requirements. Assist with internal audits, policy updates, compliance training records, and reporting obligations. Coordinate with internal departments including Procurement, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, and other business functions on legal-related matters. Communicate with external legal counsel and other third-party service providers when necessary. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and business information. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Mandarin Chinese language proficiency is preferred but not required. Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Contract Administrator, or in a related legal support role. Experience supporting corporate governance, contract administration, or compliance functions. Experience working in a manufacturing or multinational business environment is a plus.
