We manage large multi-party litigation files with extensive discovery. We are a fun-loving, casual environment and we value team work. We are looking for someone with experience as a Litigation Paralegal. We are happy to train and grow the right person. We work with different software platforms, including AI platforms, to manage large amounts of data. In this role, you will assist with case progression from inception to resolution. Your expertise will help streamline legal processes, manage case files, and facilitate effective communication with clients and internal teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and legal knowledge will make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support Manage and organize case files using document management systems such as iManage and PCLaw, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail Coordinate depositions, interviews, and client meetings; prepare summaries and reports for attorney review Track deadlines and court filings to ensure compliance with procedural law requirements across various jurisdictions Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, maintaining calendars, and managing client communications with professionalism Skills General knowledge of commercial litigation procedures Strong project management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines Exceptional organizational skills to manage large volumes of documents and maintain detailed records Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and experience with iManage, Relativity, and other legal platforms We are committed to supporting professional growth while delivering exceptional legal support services.
