Sterling Personnel, Inc. is recruiting a Paralegal for our client in the Corpus Christi, TX area. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in various aspects of litigation, ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared and maintained efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a solid understanding of legal procedures. The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals to facilitate the smooth operation of case management.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9AM-5
PM Responsibilities:
Ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines in a remote environment
Draft pleadings, motions, and orders for probate, estate planning, commercial law and related matters
Conduct legal research start to finish each phase of the case
File legal documents with e-filing systems in compliance with local court rules.
Completing and submitting all pertinent legal documentation
Understanding, preparing and collate pertinent legal documents
Organize and manage multiple tasks across several case related matters

Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices
Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
Experience in executive administrative support for legal professionals
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Outstanding writing and communication skills
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Minimum 2-5 years of recent, hands-on experience in Commercial Law (required)
Minimum 2-5 years of recent, hands-on experience in Estate and Civil Litigation (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice software
