$27.00+ per hour, commensurate with experience Hoblit Darling Ralls Hernandez & Hudlow LLP, an AV-rated insurance defense and civil litigation firm, is looking for an experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our Corpus Christi office . Take real ownership of a caseload — from commencement through trial prep. What you'll do: Manage your own assigned caseload of insurance defense and civil litigation matters under attorney supervision Conduct legal research and cite checking Draft pleadings and assist with substantive case documents Prepare and maintain discovery Track and manage critical deadlines with precision Handle Court filings accurately and efficiently What we're looking for: 5+ years of paralegal experience (required); insurance defense or civil litigation background strongly preferred A self-starter who thrives with autonomy but works well on a team Sharp analytical and organizational skills, with genuine attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication Comfort with case management software and Microsoft Office Why work here: Join a respected, AV-rated firm where your experience is valued and your work has real impact on cases from day one.
