Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent/Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position. Previous sales experience is a plus. Duties Greet and assist visitors in a warm and welcoming manner. Manage phone, WhatsApp and messaging systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed. Perform clerical duties including data entry, file management, drafting contracts, taking payments, and proofreading documents. Maintain office management tasks utilizing CLIO Grow to schedule appointments and manage calendars. Utilize computer skills to operate various software applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and Google Workspace. Handle customer inquiries and provide support with professionalism and courtesy. Assist attorneys with preparation of legal documents, forms, and correspondence Communicate with courts, clients, and other law offices as needed Create weekly social media content highlighting various case types Maintain confidentiality of all case-related and client information Ensure the front desk, lobby, and conference areas are clean and orderly Qualifications Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or legal assistant certification preferred Prior experience in a law office or similar professional setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
