Job Description

We are a plaintiff's firm in the Rio Grande Valley. We sue insurance companies and try property damage and personal injury cases. Our team is small, so every paralegal works directly with the attorneys.

The job:

run active litigation files start to finish — pleadings, discovery, deadlines, trial prep. Not intake. Not clerical. We will teach you our practice areas; you need to already know how to work a file.

You need:

2+ years as a litigation paralegal in civil or plaintiff's practice Fluent Spanish and English Drafted discovery and pleadings; know the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure E-filing in state court (federal CM/ECF a plus) Ability to carry multiple files without dropping a deadline Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We offer health insurance, paid time off, performance bonuses, and direct work with trial attorneys on substantive cases.
