We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to join our growing team. Position Summary We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Paralegal who is passionate about the law and committed to serving clients with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence Conduct client intake interviews and maintain ongoing client communication in English and Spanish Manage and organize case files, deadlines, and calendars using legal technology platforms Perform legal research and summarize findings for attorneys Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and third parties on scheduling and filings Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials Maintain confidential client records in compliance with firm policies and ethical standards Utilize case management software, e-filing systems, and other legal tech tools

Qualifications Required:
