Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The position is open for transactional real estate and/or litigation expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, especially real estate. For real estate transactions, the role will require knowledge of facilitating real estate transactions from beginning to end. Knowledge of working with title companies, real estate contracts, real estate closings and document preparation on behalf of clients. For the litigation assistant role, it requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. The Paralegal will provide essential support to attorney by preparing legal documents, conducting research as needed, and assisting with case management.
