We are seeking an experienced paralegal with extensive expertise in personal injury claims to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing personal injury cases, preparing legal documents, and assisting attorneys throughout the litigation process. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of personal injury law.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents related to personal injury cases. Gather and organize evidence, medical records, and other case materials. Conduct legal research pertinent to personal injury claims. Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to gather information. Manage case files and ensure all deadlines are met. Draft correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents. Support settlement negotiations and trial preparations as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a paralegal specializing in personal injury law. Strong knowledge of personal injury procedures and legal terminology. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and legal professionals. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
