We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join the company, a premier supplier, in Plano, TX

Description:
  • Please share your submission details at prasanna.kaskhedikartoyota
  • 12-month contract role with potential extension.
  • Support calendar management, meetings, travel, and reservations for 1 VP and 2 GMs.
  • Manage expense reporting and invoice processing.
  • Review contracts and maintain contract records.
  • Provide administrative support within the Legal Transactions team.
  • Requires strong coordination, travel, expense management, and contract administration skills.
    Hands on experience in:
  • Must have experience in transactional, corporate, commercial contracts, and related transaction work.
  • Chrome River, Concur, or similar expense tools.
  • FCM or similar travel management tools.
  • Legal/contract administration experience preferred; strong learning ability acceptable.
