Role Overview:

You will assist attorneys in delivering exceptional service to valued clients, supporting estate planning and uncontested probate matters from start to finish. This is a hands-on, client-facing position for a proactive professional who thrives in a supportive, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft estate planning and probate documents and packages. Compile, draft, and assemble estate planning packages based on skill, attorney notes and client questionnaires. Gather any missing information from clients. Prepare, organize, and participate in signings (Notary Public required, or ability to obtain). Review legal documents for logical inconsistencies and errors. Provide organizational support to attorneys, keeping track of client matters and court dockets. Draft professional client communications via email. Respond promptly to client inquiries. Keep clients informed about status, as needed. Maintain organized electronic files. Requirements 8+ years of estate planning paralegal experience 8+ years of probate paralegal experience ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience Bachelor's degree preferred Strong English, spelling, grammar, and proofing skills Accurate keyboarding (80wpm+) Ability to read cursive writing Business professional attire and appearance Superior communication skills with domestic and international clients Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented Team player who thrives in a culture of support and shared success Empathic communicator and active listening skills Must have Advanced-level estate planning paralegal experience Advanced-level probate paralegal experience Integrity and professional conduct In-office, on-site work environment High attention to detail Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Stable work history and references
