Snow Caldwell Beckstrom & Wilbanks, PLLC (www.scbwlaw.com) a reputable full-service law firm with offices and attorneys practicing primarily in Southern Utah and Southern Nevada is seeking to hire up to 2 new legal assistants for its St George, Utah office. Although "on the job" training can be provided, an ideal candidate will have previous experience as an administrative assistant where they performed duties such as: communicating with clients; intaking information from prospective and returning clients; scheduling client appointments, depositions, mediations, court hearings and transaction closings; assisting attorneys with calendaring and tracking attorneys deadlines and commitments; preparing simple pleadings and forms; tracking & entering your billable time, as well as those of the attorneys you work with; scanning, naming and saving electronic copies of litigation and transaction documents on the Firm's client data servers (and organizing the same). Attention to detail, ability to work as a team, reliability, and excellent communication skills required. Both positions are full time (35-40 hours a week, M-F.
