Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures, with a focus on supporting attorneys in Person Injury Law. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Organize and maintain case files using Filevine software or similar document management systems. Assist attorneys in the running Litigation cases, and client meetings. Perform data entry tasks related to case management and documentation. Proofread legal documents for clarity, grammar, and adherence to formatting standards. Interview clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for cases. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and deadlines. Draft and proofread legal documents that will be filed with the court Calendar events and work closely with litigation attorneys throughout the litigation process Qualifications Paralegal certification is preferred. Strong skills in legal research and writing, with proficiency in drafting various legal documents. Familiarity with Personal Injury Law is highly desirable. Proficient in using document management systems such as Filevine, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel. Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high-quality work standards. Litigation experience is required Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Experience in interviewing clients or witnesses is an asset.
