Join our team as an Estate Planning Paralegal and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are looking for someone with vast legal experience and knowledge, with a great personality, to join our team! The position would require the applicant to assist one of our Managing Partners with paralegal tasks relating to corporate formation and governance, estate planning, and tax and IRS matters. The position would also involve providing exceptional client support, practice management, task management, and client tracking. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate document execution and client signing appointments Maintain organized client files and track list of current matters and projects File legal documents Prepare, draft, and proofread letters and estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives with precision and attention to detail Qualifications Minimum of two years' paralegal and/or administrative experience in a legal office environment (Estate planning experience strongly preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and as a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional appearance and demeanor Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Experience with state filing systems, Clio, and other legal software preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents; keen proofreading abilities to ensure error-free work Paralegal certification or equivalent education is preferred Why Join Us?
