This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced legal environment. (This is a posting for future opportunities) About the Role The successful candidate will serve as a key resource for attorney support, document management, scheduling, client communications, and office operations. Responsibilities Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft, edit, proofread, and format correspondence, legal documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate conference rooms, client meetings, and event logistics.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Process attorney time entries, billing support, and expense reports.
Assist with client matter administration and records management.
Handle incoming communications and serve as a professional point of contact for clients and visitors.
Support document production, scanning, printing, and records requests.
Collaborate with administrative and legal teams to ensure seamless workflow coverage.
