Specific Job Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and compiling legal documents Update all internal systems with relevant case information and status. Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency
Required Education and Training:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred High school or equivalent required
