As a paralegal with Kheystone Legal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of the litigation process, from client intake through settlement or trial.Responsibilities:
While the attorney will be handling a wide range of cases, responsibilities will include:- Drafting pleadings and other legal documents
- Preparing for, and attending, court proceedings, depositions and settlement conferences
- Managing discovery and document production
- Collaborating with partners and support staff on case strategy and execution
- Initiating and maintaining client relationships and provide excellent client service
