Requirements Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a law office environment with exposure to the family law area. Strong knowledge of procedural law, legal research techniques, and case management software, preferably PCLaw. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with strong word processing, letter writing, and proofreading skills. Exceptional client communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Experience supporting attorneys in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research in family law highly desirable.
