The position incorporates a variety of responsibilities including: Prepare medical/billing records request letters and track progress of records Prepare, modify and finalize settlement documents, correspondence, legal documents, court pleadings, discovery, memos and other materials File motions, pleadings and other documents with the Court through electronic filing systems and in hard copy Facilitate incoming mail Filing and maintenance of paper and electronic document and records Assist in preparing, revising and finalizing client invoices Work with and manage vendor accounts Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting Other required skills and abilities include: The ability to manage a wide variety of work streams simultaneously, with accuracy and speed Demonstrate a positive attitude with high energy and strong passion for your work Be a team player cooperating and collaborating with others to achieve firm goals and objectives Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality consistent with firm mission, values and policies Exhibit a strong work ethic and willingness to exert more than the minimum effort Engage with clients in a clear, concise, positive and timely manager Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to set priorities, meet deadlines, make decisions and independently resolved complex problems Take advantage of opportunities to advance technical and personal skills Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to obtain information needed to perform duties with minimal supervision Communicate with team to gather critical information needed for various duties Perform research as requested Perform duties as assigned, such as assisting timekeepers with personal matters (i.e. schedule meetings, travel arrangements and manage calendars)

Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree with one to three years of paralegal experience in a law office Paralegal Certificate recommended. Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits included are Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401k and fitness center onsite.
