If you want a seat at the table, keep reading. What you'll actually do Our paralegals don't simply complete tasks—they help own cases. From the moment a potential client calls until the day a case is resolved, you'll be involved in nearly every stage of litigation. You'll help investigate claims, meet with clients, participate in strategy discussions, prepare for depositions and trial, communicate with experts and medical providers, draft legal documents, organize complex files, and solve problems that don't come with instruction manuals. Some days you'll be deep into medical records. Some days you'll be coordinating experts. Some days you'll be preparing for trial. And some days you'll order office supplies, troubleshoot the copier, or take out the trash. Around here, no one is "above" any job. We simply do what needs to be done. Dependable—because in a small office, everyone matters. Trustworthy enough to handle clients' biggest tragedies with compassion and professionalism. Humble enough to help wherever needed. We support one another. Culture matters here. What we're looking for Experience in litigation is helpful, but mindset matters even more. We're interested in someone who: Learns quickly. Takes initiative. Pays attention to details. Communicates exceptionally well. Is organized without being rigid. Is comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems. Wants to build a career—not just find another job. Legal, medical, or insurance experience is a plus, but not required for the right person. The work The work is demanding.
