Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Booting and Parking Enforcement Officers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations, managing parking technology, and ensuring the safety of city streets. Your proactive approach will help maintain orderly parking environments while providing excellent customer service to the public. Responsibilities Monitor designated parking areas using parking enforcement technology to identify violations Issue parking citations or boot vehicles as authorized, following established procedures Walk assigned routes on city streets to enforce parking regulations effectively Communicate with colleagues and the public via two-way radio to coordinate enforcement activities Assist motorists with basic inquiries or directions, demonstrating excellent customer service Record detailed reports on violations, incidents, and enforcement actions accurately Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions, maintaining safety and professionalism at all times Experience Prior experience in outdoor work environments or parking enforcement is preferred but not required Strong report writing skills for documenting violations and incidents clearly and thoroughly Knowledge of parking regulations, city street navigation, and enforcement technology systems is advantageous Ability to operate standard passenger cars safely and efficiently during patrols Excellent conflict management skills to handle tense situations professionally Basic math skills for calculating fines or citations accurately Effective communication skills, including two-way radio operation and customer service interactions Join us today to be part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining safe, orderly streets through proactive enforcement!

Pay:
