- 2nd shift Your responsibilities will included (but are not limited to): Dispose of trash from garage and picking up trash Enforcement Repair and maintain parking equipment Operator the garage floor sweeper and pressure washer Keep all levels of the parking garage clean and debris free Changing light bulbs Painting Leaf blowing and possibly landscaping Provide winter weather support (snow and ice removal) Perform emergency duties as required You must be able to work in inclement weather Willingness and ability to perform manual labor Must be able to perform occasional or continuous heavy manual labor and work all day at laborious and strenuous tasks under adverse weather conditions Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time Mechanical capabilities and ability to acquire skill in the use of required tools and equipment; Ability to communicate orally and in writing Ability to understand, follow, transmit, and carry out assigned tasks on the basis of written and oral instructions Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, and the public Must be thoroughly safety conscious, taking precautionary measures when performing duties Interface with customers and provide excellent customer service in the drive lanes as well as over the intercoms; consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly attitude Must be dependable, must have clean background/drug screen and motor vehicle record check.
