is partnering with a leading industrial organization to recruit an experienced Process Safety Engineer for its El Dorado, Arkansas facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a Process Safety professional to take ownership of a site's Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) programs, working closely with Operations, Engineering, EH&S and other site functions to identify and manage process safety risks and maintain regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in PHA/LOPA, Management of Change (MOC), incident and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), audits, compliance, procedures and process safety training, while helping drive continuous improvement across the facility. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and ongoing management of PSM and RMP programs and procedures . Facilitate Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) for existing and future processes. Support and oversee the site's Management of Change (MOC) process. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations relating to incidents and near misses. Support

preparation, procedure reviews and process safety improvements. Conduct and participate in PSM/RMP audits and recommend corrective actions. Identify, assess and communicate potential process safety hazards and solutions. Assist with the development and delivery of process safety training . Ensure Operations personnel remain current with required training and procedures. Support accident and incident investigations to determine root causes. Assist with environmental, safety and regulatory permitting and reporting . Monitor proposed regulations and contribute to standards and compliance initiatives. Manage the site's Learning Management System (LMS) for training, MOC and incident reporting. Work with internal teams and external organizations where required. Provide technical guidance on PSM/RMP matters and help drive a strong process safety culture. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Safety or Mechanical Engineering preferred. 5+ years of relevant industry experience preferred. Strong practical knowledge of

OSHA PSM, EPA

RMP and applicable federal/state regulations . Experience within a chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer, refining, manufacturing or other high-hazard process environment is highly relevant. Experience with PHA, LOPA, MOC, RCA and process safety audits . Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Sound decision-making skills and the ability to evaluate risk and consequences. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience with PHAWorks and/or OESuites would be beneficial. The Site & Working Environment This is a hands-on site-based position requiring regular interaction with operations and process areas. Compensation & Opportunity Salary up to $160,000 for candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience, plus a 15% bonus opportunity.
