Minimum 5 Years Anointed Hands Services LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) to support operations and maintenance activities at Lake Ouachita, Lake Greeson, and DeGray Lake in Arkansas. The SSHO will be responsible for overseeing workplace safety, implementing project safety requirements, conducting inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring employees and subcontractors follow applicable safety procedures. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of safety and occupational health experience Experience managing or implementing workplace safety programs Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations Experience conducting jobsite and workplace safety inspections Experience preparing and reviewing Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), or similar safety documentation Ability to identify unsafe conditions and recommend or implement corrective actions Experience conducting employee safety orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with project management, supervisors, employees, subcontractors, and Government representatives Preferred Qualifications OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry certification Familiarity with

safety requirements Previous experience on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Defense, or other federal government projects Experience with facilities maintenance, janitorial operations, grounds maintenance, mowing, road maintenance, heavy equipment, or similar operations First Aid/CPR certification Experience preparing or administering an Accident Prevention Plan (APP) Responsibilities Implement and monitor the project safety program Conduct routine safety inspections of work areas, vehicles, tools, and equipment Develop and maintain required safety documentation Review work activities for potential hazards before work begins Conduct safety meetings and employee training Monitor employee and subcontractor compliance with safety requirements Maintain safety records, inspection reports, training records, and incident documentation Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses Coordinate corrective actions when safety deficiencies are identified Ensure appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is used Support compliance with

OSHA, USACE EM

385-1-1, and project-specific safety requirements Exercise authority to stop work when an unsafe or hazardous condition presents an immediate danger Work Environment This position may require work at multiple recreation and maintenance areas surrounding Lake Ouachita, Lake Greeson, and DeGray Lake. Work may involve outdoor environments, varying weather conditions, maintenance activities, roadway operations, mowing, janitorial operations, and equipment-related activities.
