Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related fieldPreferred Education
- Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Required Certificate
- Project Management Certification. Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience managing projects, programs, or contracts.
- Experience implementing large-scale programs/projects with major organizational impact.
- Experience managing or supporting project budget, scope, schedule, and resources.
- Experience with formal project planning, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Experience coordinating or implementing business readiness activities, including stakeholder analysis, change interventions, training, and communications. Required Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and ability to obtain stakeholder buy-in.

- Experience supporting continuous improvement strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise-wide safety projects and initiatives supporting organizational safety priorities and goals.
- Develop objectives and short- to long-range strategies.
- Prepare project proposals, business cases, project plans, schedules, scope definitions, and risk mitigation plans.
- Identify resource requirements and develop project performance metrics.
- Lead company-wide cross-functional teams from project inception through completion.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions to drive project objectives and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project status updates and drive project results.
- Develop and maintain the master enterprise project plan for complex safety culture projects.
- Integrate individual project plans, timelines, interdependencies, alignment, and communication requirements.
- Execute the Safety Culture Transformation Roadmap and related safety strategies.
