Job Description
This position shall have overall responsibility for the contractor's quality control management program and site safety oversight for Beale AFB location. Administer quality control management program. Responsible for the overall quality assurance program. Monitor and inspect all delivery orders for compliance. Maintain records of inspections and certifications. Prepare monthly reports depicting findings of quality inspections. Periodically review the quality control program to ensure compliance. Examine processes for preventative and corrective maintenance; make suggestions based on findings. Perform inspections and re-inspections to ensure problems have been resolved. Collect data for the DMLSS system, including work orders and equipment history. Research safety and quality topics online. Conduct random and scheduled safety inspections. Prepare monthly reports depicting findings of safety inspections. Prepare incident and accident reports. Prepare training materials and conduct employee safety meetings. Manage the disposal of hazardous waste. Research and issue infection control and interim Life Safety permits. Other duties as assigned. Education, Experience and Certification Required/Preferred Education Level Description Required Preferred High School Diploma Associate degree Equivalent Education Related degree Required/Preferred Years of Experience Description Required 2 years In a Quality Management position and work experience in comparably sized health facilities. Required/Preferred License/Certification Description Required Preferred Certification Certification CHC Certification OSHA 30-hour general industry Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and PPE procedures Ability to conduct accident investigations and safety inspections Strong written and oral communication skills Financial Responsibilities
