  • you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Lead safety and security operations: Oversee all safety and security functions, including ensuring OSHA compliance, promoting safe work practices, and managing department systems, budgets, and policies.
Oversee safety training:
Lead the coordination and administration of safety training programs, including CPR, fire and life safety, workplace violence prevention, and driver training Ensure property safety: Direct security patrols of hotel premises to identify and address safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions Lead investigations: Oversee inquiries into accidents, thefts, property loss, and unlawful activities Direct emergency responses: Lead responses to emergencies, including fires, medical incidents, and security threats Liaise with law enforcement: Serve as the primary contact for federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies on security-related matters Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
