Job Description
Tradition Beverages LLC is hiring: QA/QC Manager Roseville, CA We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager to lead food safety and compliance for our beverage manufacturing facility. What you'll do: Oversee QA/QC documentation and recordkeeping for production Maintain and improve our SQF (Safe Quality Food) certification program Lead HACCP plan development, implementation, and review Prepare for and manage third-party and regulatory audits (FDA, SQF, customer audits) Ensure compliance with US food safety regulations What we're looking for: Proven QA/QC management experience in food or beverage manufacturing SQF Practitioner certification (or ability to obtain one) Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and common US audit/inspection processes Excellent documentation and recordkeeping skills "Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred" Interested?
