- We are actively interviewing qualified candidates! We are seeking an experienced Loss Prevention (LP) Supervisor to support a fast-paced food distribution center . This position will oversee day-to-day loss prevention, security, and safety activities while helping maintain a secure, compliant, and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or distribution center experience , strong leadership skills, and knowledge of loss prevention, security, OSHA, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and FDA requirements . Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day Loss Prevention and Security operations within the distribution center Help identify and prevent theft, product loss, property damage, and unsafe practices Train employees on loss prevention procedures, including recognizing and preventing theft Support new-hire safety training, orientation, facility tours, and required safety documentation Provide refresher and annual safety training to employees as required Ensure warehouse teams follow established safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures Maintain current knowledge of
HACCP, GMP, SSOP, OSHA, FDA
, and other applicable regulations Support Powered Material Handling Equipment training and certification requirements Conduct routine observations of warehouse work areas and help identify potential safety or security concerns Maintain organized and accurate training and compliance documentation Work closely with warehouse leadership, employees, Human Resources, Safety, and Security teams Ensure assigned responsibilities are completed accurately and within required deadlines Help maintain clean, organized, and safe docks, aisles, work areas, break areas, and other warehouse spaces Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment Previous experience with Loss Prevention, Security, Safety, or warehouse operations Working knowledge of
HACCP, GMP, SSOP, OSHA, FDA
, and related regulatory requirements Knowledge of Loss Prevention programs and security procedures Strong leadership and employee-training skills Strong organizational and documentation abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines Comfortable using Windows-based computer applications High school diploma or equivalent required Relevant certifications, safety training, or Loss Prevention experience strongly preferred Powered Material Handling Equipment / Train-the-Trainer experience is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident, observant, and comfortable working directly with warehouse employees and leadership . This person should be able to enforce policies professionally, recognize potential safety or loss-prevention concerns, and help create a culture of accountability and safety throughout the distribution center. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods Ability to access all areas of a warehouse/distribution center Comfortable working in a distribution center environment where temperatures may vary #MANT-1
