Join our dynamic team, where your expertise will be the cornerstone of a safe, compliant, and efficient construction environment. In this pivotal role, you will lead safety initiatives across construction sites, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards while fostering a culture of proactive risk management. Your energy and dedication will drive the implementation of comprehensive safety programs that protect personnel, assets, and the environment, enabling projects to progress smoothly and safely from start to finish. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee site-specific safety plans aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and ANSI (American National Standards Institute) guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions promptly. Manage occupational health programs, including ergonomic assessments, hazard controls, and workers' compensation procedures to promote worker well-being. Ensure construction regulatory compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code), OSHA regulations, and other relevant local or federal requirements. Lead incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to prevent recurrence through targeted safety measures. Facilitate safety training sessions for all site personnel on topics such as OSHA compliance, hazard recognition, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use, and emergency response protocols. Maintain accurate records of safety activities using construction management software and ensure documentation is up-to-date for audits and inspections. Experience 3-5 years in construction site safety leadership Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, ANSI standards, NEC codes, and occupational health best practices within the construction industry. Demonstrated ability to manage risk effectively through comprehensive risk management strategies tailored to construction sites. Familiarity with construction regulatory compliance processes including workers' compensation procedures and OSHA reporting requirements. Hands-on experience utilizing construction management software for safety documentation, incident tracking, and compliance monitoring. Strong understanding of EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) principles applied specifically to construction environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead safety meetings, conduct training sessions, and collaborate with project teams to uphold safety standards at all times.
