The Labor and Delivery Director will lead a comprehensive Women's Services program encompassing labor and delivery, obstetrics, postpartum care, and NICU collaboration. This major safety-net teaching hospital and regional trauma center performs well in specific critical care areas, including heart failure and COPD; however, it currently holds a low 1-star overall rating from the federal government's CMS program because of mixed safety and wait-time metrics.
