The Safety Manager will also serve as the on-site security contact and facility contract liaison with the security vendor(s).
- This position will float between St. Anthony North Hospital and Longmont United Hospital
- Job Requirements
- In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Science, or related discipline, required.
- Five years of experience in a safety-related role within a healthcare organization including comprehending, interpreting, and implementing procedures and programs in compliance with hospital guidelines and healthcare regulatory agencies.
- A current working knowledge of The Joint Commission or other similar agencies, Centers for Medicare/Medicaid, NFPA, and/or OSHA standards and regulations, preferred.
- Employee management experience, preferred.
- Certified Hospital Safety Professional, preferred.
