Up to 20% About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director, Health
•North America to lead and develop comprehensive employee health and wellness strategies across North America. This senior leadership position will partner closely with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Human Resources, Legal, and regional leadership to establish effective health programs that support employee well-being, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and organizational health objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong healthcare expertise, leadership experience, and a background in occupational health, occupational medicine, corporate health, or employee wellness. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement North America Health management strategies, policies, and practices . Lead regional employee health and wellness programs in alignment with local regulations and corporate standards.
Oversee programs covering:
Occupational Health & Medicine Medical Response Travel Health Pandemic Preparedness Employee Wellness Mental Health Health Promotion Workplace Hygiene Manage relationships and agreements with healthcare providers and external health-management partners . Provide technical guidance related to medical insurance and employee health initiatives . Assess and advise on health-related matters across administrative, R D, and production facilities throughout North America. Partner with HR, Legal, Safety, and other business leaders on health-related strategies and initiatives. Represent North American Health in regional leadership meetings and cross-regional governance forums . Drive continuous improvement in employee health, wellness, and preventive-care initiatives. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant healthcare experience . Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Medical Doctor (MD/DO), Physician Assistant (PA), or hold a relevant Master's degree . Experience in occupational health, occupational medicine, corporate health, employee health, or healthcare program management strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience leading healthcare programs, initiatives, or teams. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, employee wellness, and workplace health practices. Experience managing healthcare providers, vendors, or external partners is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills. Willingness to travel up to 20% . Willingness to relocate to Rocky Hill, Connecticut , with relocation assistance available.
