Non-licensed Fire Watch Aide Job Summary:

As a vital member of our facility's safety and security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and protection of our residents. Responsibilities:
Conduct regular rounds to monitor the resident population and facility for fire hazards, ensuring that all areas are clear of combustible materials and violations Assist in the development and implementation of fire safety protocols and procedures Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and address potential fire hazards and take corrective action as needed Provide assistance to the Fire Safety Officer in conducting fire safety drills and training sessions Document all fire safety-related activities, incidents, and observations in a timely and accurate manner Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including break rooms, lounges, and common areas About the
Role:
As a Non-licensed Fire Watch Aide , you will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care and safety for our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a healthcare setting and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a healthcare or safety-related field is preferred, but not required Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications and training Excellent communication and observational skills Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as necessary
