This role will be the primary safety leader supporting multiple manufacturing buildings engaged in mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal fabrication operations. This position reports directly to the Corporate Safety Director and serves as the safety partner to manufacturing leadership. This is a hands-on manufacturing safety leadership position focused on building a strong safety culture, reducing risk, ensuring OSHA compliance, and supporting operational excellence throughout our manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will be highly visible on the production floor, work closely with supervisors and employees, and drive proactive safety improvements rather than simply manage compliance requirements.
