Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Safety Supervisor to lead our quality assurance and safety initiatives within our manufacturing environment. In this role, you will oversee compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure the highest levels of product quality and workplace safety. You will need to maintain quality management systems that align with

ISO 9001.

Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to verify adherence to quality standards in production and identify areas for improvement. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of recurrence. Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other requirements related to manufacturing safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and regulatory affairs to ensure seamless communication on quality and safety matters. Manage documentation for quality control processes, inspection reports, audit findings, and compliance records to support regulatory inspections and certifications. Perform 100% inspections of randomly chosen parts, confirm blueprints are correct with all dimensions and work instructions.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
