Safety Manager Details:

Direct Hire position $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 03:30pm) Schedule can be flexible like 7am to 3pm or 8am to 4pm Lead and manage site-wide safety programs while ensuring OSHA and regulatory compliance. Investigate workplace incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions. Perform safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification to promote a safe work environment. Develop and deliver safety training, including new hire orientations and ongoing employee education. Oversee PPE programs, workers' compensation processes, safety committees, and hazardous waste compliance.

Safety Manager Qualifications:

OSHA Certification required. 5+ years of safety, environmental health, or workplace safety experience required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Strong experience with OSHA compliance, incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety training programs. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Trainer and CPR/First Aid/AED Trainer certifications preferred.
