Kum Young ENG, in partnership with Hyundai Engineering, is seeking a dedicated Safety Manager for our secondary batteries factory construction site. We are looking for an individual who is committed to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with safety standards throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and enforce safety protocols on the construction site to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Develop and implement safety plans, procedures, and training programs for construction personnel. Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety. Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.

Requirements:

Minimum OSHA 30 certification recommended. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role on construction sites. Strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
